Every dollar must be spent wisely. We must constantly work to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of government.
This can be done while providing everyone with all the services to which they are accustomed all while continuing to cut taxes.
I have 6 years experience working on tax packages in which all produced tax cuts for every North Carolina tax payer.
Agriculture
Agriculture it the number one industry in the 67th district and agriculture land is dissipating.
We must continue to fight for farmland preservation and continue to promote local agricultural production to feed the world. Cash receipts for agriculture in the 67th district exceeds $252 million.
As a farmer I promise to fight to keep rural farmland available for generations to come.
Access to Rural Healthcare
Our elderly and sick shouldn’t have to wait weeks to receive the care that they critically need.
Our resources shouldn’t be confined to big cities.
We need more resources in our rural district to provide access to care.
I will propose legislation to expand access to rural healthcare for those in need.
Regulatory Burden & Jobs
Job creation shouldn’t be held back by big government.
As your representative, I will promote policies that cut red tape and regulatory burdens which will make it easier for good paying blue collar jobs to come to the district.
2nd Amendment
Our second amendment is one of our fundamental rights.
Whether if it be for protection, practicing conservation, or sport, rest assured in knowing that I believe in protecting our right to bear arms.
